Hi, I'm Reece!
I’m a husband, father to two wonderful kids, a dedicated coach, music producer, engineer, skateboarder, and golf enthusiast. My passion for holistic health and well-being is expressed through both my love of music and my active lifestyle. I stay involved in diverse sports and activities, from touch football to skateboarding, obstacle course racing, golf, and beyond.
My journey into Holistic Health & Corrective Exercise Coaching began after seeing a CHEK Practitioner myself, recovering from vertebral injuries. This experience ignited a passion within me to help others willing to make transformative changes in their lives. As a qualified and licensed CHEK Practitioner (Rehabilitation Specialist & Holistic Lifestyle Coach), certified DNS Exercise Level 1 Practitioner, and personal trainer, I bring specialised knowledge to support clients in achieving balanced health.
Committed to ongoing growth, I continually expand my expertise through Mentorship Programs with leading practitioners in the holistic health field. This dedication to learning enables me to provide the highest level of support and well-being for each client’s unique journey.

My passion lies in guiding individuals—particularly athletes and business professionals—toward sustainable well-being and a lifestyle that supports peak performance.
Specializing in back pain relief and injury recovery, I am committed to helping clients move beyond discomfort and regain confidence in their bodies. Whether it’s chronic pain or the lingering effects of injury, my approach integrates corrective exercise, movement pattern analysis, and personalized coaching to restore full functional capacity. Lower back pain can be an overwhelming and persistent issue, often stemming from disc herniations, bone spurs, or chronic degeneration that builds over time. Whether triggered by a sudden injury or years of wear, these conditions frequently lead to debilitating, progressive pain that interferes with daily life and performance. Disc injuries, in particular, can compress nerves and cause radiating pain, while degeneration and bone spurs can limit mobility, leading to inflammation and reduced quality of life. For athletes and business professionals who rely on optimal movement and resilience, this can be especially challenging.
As a CHEK Practitioner, my approach to healing lower back pain begins with corrective exercises that target and activate the deep postural muscles, essential for creating stability and support in the spine. By focusing on alignment and retraining movement patterns, we alleviate pressure on the spine and encourage healing in the affected areas. In addition, nutrition plays a critical role in the healing process; I guide clients on anti-inflammatory dietary practices and hydration strategies that promote disc rehydration, reduce inflammation, and support overall holistic health. This dual focus on physical correction and nutrition forms a foundation for both immediate relief and long-term recovery.
