What if I told you that a vertebral disc takes 500 days to heal? That is the average time for a disc to fully heal. While some opt for 18 months of ongoing therapy, you can learn all you need in a focused 3-6 month program with my guidance as a rehab specialist.
A general guideline for injury recovery is to allow 2-3 months for every year you’ve been in pain. While you may notice relief within 4-6 weeks, it’s essential to stay committed to maintaining pain-free movement. This 3-6 month period is ideal for aligning your body’s biomechanics, improving posture, and achieving functional, efficient movement.

Improving your health and alleviating lower back pain may require some changes to your routine. Often, it’s current habits that keep people “stuck” in cycles of pain or discomfort.
My program packages are designed to integrate conveniently with your schedule, offering flexibility in 1:1 sessions and a plan tailored to enhance your life rather than disrupt it. Together, we’ll make adjustments that maximize benefits while minimizing interference with your daily routine.

My program packages adapt to the equipment you have available. For Private 1:1 and Semi-Private 2:1 sessions, I provide the equipment you’ll need. Group sessions include the option to purchase equipment, and if you have specific tools at home, we can incorporate them into your exercises.
My goal is to work within your means to help you resolve lower back pain, improve posture, and achieve lasting health.
